I bought these blindly hoping they'd live up to the hype. Was having a horrific day at work, came home on my lunch, slapped one of these on not expecting much, but within an hour and a half, I was handling things a lot smoother, and the rest of my day was more chill, I was more level-headed about things that would normally get me anxious, and I slept great. I only wish I had bought more.
