im 5'3, 110 lbs, and size A cup..i ordered this in a S because the XS was sold out..the S fits but is not super fitted..i ordered the XXS and I couldn't even button it...luckily I checked again and the XS is in stock so I just ordered that and think it will be my best fit..the S works but isn't as tight around my stomach as it is on the model in the picture...the top is exactly like the picture and I LOVE it...kind of sheer in the back though (you can see my bra strap)

Such a great top, but I would definitely suggest sizing up! Easy to wash, had to buy another just because I somehow lost my first one. I don't think it's too low cut for work attire either.
