Best bag ever, great quality

This is a great bag for the summer, but I was surprised by how stiff the leather is around the top opening. There is no way of tightening or closing the top... it just stays open which I'm not all that happy with. For the price, I thought it would be better quality. Still, it's cute & I'll get some use of it!
