This is the best, portable workout set around. I love how many different exercises there are - I never get bored. As someone who has had many injuries, I am so thankful to be able to track my metrics with LIT Axis to prevent further injuries.

I enjoy this band! The quality is so much better than those other bands. It's easy to use and travel with. I like the fact I can go online for a variety of exercises. I also like that I can see what weight I am pulling and if I am doing it equally on both sides. This way if my left side is weaker I know what I have to do to equalize it with the right. If you're going to buy a band this is the one you should have. Mark
