I so badly wanted this to work because the matching top is perfection, however the skirt is not for those with a butt. I have a small waist, I'm 5'6 , usually a size 28 in jeans and I ordered a size medium. It was large in my waist and so small in the butt I could barely walk. As another reviewer said, it is a mermaid fit instead of a straight skirt. I'm debating getting a large, but I'm concerned I'll be swimming in the waist.

The skirt runs extremely and oddly small. I am a solid size 10 or large in most items/brands(some large items are even too big). I could not even pull this up over my thighs, more of a mermaid fit, but I could not even get it on. Sadly, returning because the color is beautiful.
