The 2 Star rating I gave this pair of shoes is probably not accurate nor fair. I am guilty of directing my frustration and disappointment towards the quality of shoes that I received and not a rating for the shoes in general. But for the item arriving worn and damaged, the S.W. gold platforms would receive a 4 to 5 Star rating. This is on Revolve and not the S.W. design.With no other option, I wore the shoes to a Debutante Ball with an adorable cocktail dress from Revolve. I received the item the day before event and it was too late to exchange. I did in fact immediately call a representative from Revolve to discuss the damaged shoes. She was more than courteous and helpful. I was asked to email a photo to Revolve's Sales Division, and after an assessment by team, I may be refunded a portion of the $500.00 plus (Including tax) amount I paid for the damaged item. With all of that said, 5 Stars to look of shoes and, and 4 Stars for overall comfort. 0 stars for the condition arrived in and work that I have to do to remedy the problem. Too many items have been sent to me from Revolve that have been worn, damaged, or both. I order thousands and thousands of dollars from Revolve. I am beginning to question why I continue to do so, when the quality control department is as negligent as they have been in the recent past.
