- Apply two patches to a dry, hairless area on your upper body (mid-back recommended) 30 - 60 minutes before drinking. Leave the patches on while you drink and remove after drinking or the next morning

This product definitely works, but doesn't eliminate the glow completely. I still get red, but it isn't as splotchy and I don't get the crazy symptoms I usually get when I drink. If I'm in public I still take a Pepcid with these patches. I usually just do the patches at home with a glass of wine. I've used them for a few months now, and i'm a fan.
