I am usually a small, about 26 waist and 36 hips. The small fit perfectly! There is a bit of stretch at the waist. Very cute skirt! The buttons look best when off to the left.

Small waist so size up if you are on the edge or between sizes. I'm normally a 4. The small was tight. The M was perfect but because I'm short waisted I prefer to wear it below my belly button.
