I've been waiting for this to go on sale forever because I loved the style. I spent more than i wanted but it was well worth it, i LOVE this sweater. It's super flattering. I got a small (32C, 5'7", about 125 lbs) which isn't skin tight and fits great. I think the XS or S would fit fine.

LOVE! Highly recommend. I'm 5'3'' and 126lbs and the Small fits great ... still some room. I would have ordered an XS if I wanted it to fit more tight, but I love it as is. Super Cute with a high waisted skirt. The sweater sits on my shoulders perfectly.
