Scavenger2 Lace Up Boot

I'm confused by the negative reviews - these boots are amazing! JC boots never disappoint. The platform is just the right height where you can wear for a long period of time and it doesn't hurt. The leather is quality, the shine is a perfect (not too shiny, not too matte), they look quality/expensive without being too expensive. Also, I'm always an 8 and these fit perfectly true to size for me. Five stars 100%.

I LOVE these! They are exactly what I was looking for. They do run small though. I am normally an 8 and I got an 8.5. The quality is amazing and the heel size and shape is perfect. I love them with black leggings, white t and a flannel or with a babydoll dress. Skinny jeans and bulky sweater too!!! Worth the money!

PAINFUL but cute. So I wore these around for a bit and it ended up rubbing into my ankles to the point where my skin rubbed off. The only solution to wearing these shoes comfortably would be to wear bandaids, high socks, or short ankle socks to prevent the shoe from rubbing against the skin. They are so cute, but impossible to wear. I currently have scabs on my ankles from the rubbing. I am 5'4, 130 lbs, normal/narrow feet width and I have a slender to athletic build. I don't know why these shoes rub like they do, but they unfortunately are not my favorite because of this major issue. I was planning on wearing these to a festival, but not anymore. Also size up half a size if you want to try these out.
