I have Helena shorts in 23 which fits me perfectly so I was excited when I saw this on sale. However, it doesn't have the same fit as the shorts. I got a 23 and the hip is too tight for me while the other parts are very loose fit. Also I wouldn't call it high-rise, probably a mid-low rise. The length went over my ankles. In general, not very flattering for someone 5'1.
