I would expect this comical awfulness from Forever 21 but I was surprised by this. Like all the other reviews say there is no way to put this on. Does not even fit over your knees or head. Save yourself the return and avoid.

Can't figure out how to get this item on. The way they suggest putting it on its way too s all to even step in and fit over the hips. Ordered my size in small and also tried medium. Epic fail!
