I'm usually a medium or large depending on my booty so I ordered both for sizing. I ended up keeping the medium because the fabric is very giving and stretchy. The only downfall is I have thicker thighs and the inner thigh is already picked after wearing once just kinda disappointing because they aren't cheap joggers. But they are comfy!
