I saw results after the first session! Love it, it's very sturdy and good quality, the lights are very intense/bright I've used it for 10 days and my skin is looking amazing

I had to try it the price was so reasonable. Been using it daily for 8 days before bed and skin is plump and glowing. The infrared also helps with calmness and relaxation so I use the red combo before bed.

Being the only one on the market it has Infrared, I have not found anything other than masks to have IR and red light therapy thats not in a mask form. costing $300 + ....The blue light is a bonus, its very intense light so you need only a 5 min exposure. Its heavy and it has glass so its excellent quality.

Its ok , you can probably get same thing just as good on amazon. Save your money
