I struggle with moderate hormonal acne, the only time I get acne is when I'll get the occasional cystic acne on my jawline. However that's been happening more due to wearing masks and regular pimple patches do not work. I tried zitsticka killa microdart patches and they were expensive and did nothing, so I was a little skeptical about these microneedle patches but they are AMAZING. I had a bad cystic pimple that could not be popped, I put a sticker on and left it on all day and it's already down to 50% of the original size. These patches work!!

I have tried many needle patches, but I buy these over and over. If you suffer from those huge cystic zits, then you know what I'm talking about something needs to get underneath to make a difference!

These work really well on cystic acne! I used the patches two nights in a row and it dried up and reduced the size of the blemish.

The best pimple patches. Normal hydrocolloid patches don't work on deep, cystic acne (cosrx). Other microneedling patches are very expensive (zit sticka). The Rael microneedling patches use self dissolving microdarts which deliver active ingredients (salicylic acid and tea tree oil) deeper into the skin. PLUS, its outer layer is made of hydrocolloid which absorbs fluid and impurities from the pimple. Its the perfect combination of all the popular anti-acne techniques! Definitely a must try. I will say that the packaging is sub-optimal. Just be careful to not get dust trapped in the container between uses and don't press down on the packet which might blunt the microdarts.
