This has cured my adult hormonal acne when even Accutane worked but it returned. You MUST take it with food. The intestinal discomfort is from the high zinc level. You will get used to it. My skin looks like it is on Accutane but without the severe health effects. HIGHLY recommend and I'll never stop taking this. Also TMI but you will have regular system movements.
