I am so ridiculously excited to share this with all of you! So, I have tried everything for my very mild but annoying acne. I've had it since I was a teenager and I actually think it's worse now as an adult. I mostly hate the hormonal acne that starts anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 week before my menstruation starts. I have tried everything. Like I went on Accutane THREE TIMES! I've been on Tactupump Forte for a couple years now, and it just doesn't work that well. I was getting some sort of acid peel for acne at my cities most popular(and for good reason) medispa. While there I asked my wonderful lady if LED light devices for acne actually work, he response shocked me. Like excitedly exclaimed 'Yes, of course they do!' I was like 'What...for real?' She assured me that they do in fact work. So, while in my appointment I ordered off Revolve.com here, specifically the LightStim for Acne device. I ordered it on July 4th I believe, and it arrived on July 7th. So I have been using it every day for 10 days. I can't explain to you how annoyed I am with myself for not purchasing one sooner. I seem to look less like I'm 31, and I get botox, probably because of the red LED lights in the device. I have noticed my acne goes away so quickly and I have had significantly less acne. 10 days. That's all it took?! The redness from my acne also goes away so freaking fast! I suggest everyone give it an HONEST try, and I say it like that because it can take at least half an hour just to do your face because you turn it on and hold it there for 3 minutes, it beeps, then you move it to the next spot. I hate how time consuming it can be, but it's 100% worth it. It only works for mild to moderate acne but I can imagine if you have any kind of acne you would probably see results if you use it every day. After a while you don't need to use it every day, I'll probably use it daily for those hormonal periods that my acne gets worse at. Buy it, try it. I swear by it now after only 10 days!

My daughters feedback after using it for several weeks has been that it seems to be helping reduce her acne as well as treats existing breakouts! I'm pleased so far!

So I purchased this a year ago and have been using it on and off and I can honestly say that this is a really good investment to make. This product will last several years and I always reach for it when I get cystic or inflammatory acne and it really does help. It does help the acne go down and helps with the inflammation I find. Remember to clean the device with every use to avoid bacteria transference. I don't use this product alone but it's a really nice add-on to my skincare routine.

I have used my LightStim for literally almost 10 years the same one. The only issue I've ever had is needing a replacement cord as I traveled with mine so frequently. I've struggled with hormonal cystic acne for half my life and I'm so glad I took a chance on this a decade ago. When my acne gets really bad, this is one of the only things that really helps. Give it time and be patient and consistent, but this really does work. Side note- I find it very comforting and soothing to use before bed.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. It cleared up a persistent jawline breakout that had really been bumming me out for three months. Within three days all active breakouts are healed and I'm even seeing an improvement in the dark marks. ALSO, this was 100% reimbursed by my FSA.
