These Jillian Dempsey Khol Eyeliners far outperform any other eye pencils, green beauty or otherwise. They are waterproof, do not smudge when carefully applied to the upper waterline (though, there can be a bit of transfer to the bottom when applied more hurriedly) and the Jet Black is truly a jet, jet black. I also love that there is a built-in smudger with cap for when you're desiring a more smudged or smokey look.
