This is a pretty heavy duty mask (not in the sense that it rips your skin off, but in a way that it works and works well), it really gives your skin a feeling of fresh new skin. I will say, that it makes my eyes water (the enzymes) I try to close my eyes the entire time its on.

It is very gentle on the skin, doesn't damage it at all. The smell is divine and a little bit goes a long way!
